The invention relates to a power control system and a vehicle. The power control system includes: an ECU configured to control (i) charging to the vehicle from the power facility, and (ii) discharging from the vehicle to the power facility; and a user terminal configured to allow a user to individually set the charging power setting value and the discharging power setting value. When charging from a power facility to a vehicle is performed, the ECU is configured to control power charged to the vehicle per unit time to correspond to a charging power setting value set by a user using the user terminal. When discharging from the vehicle to the power facility is performed, the ECU is configured to control power discharged from the vehicle per unit time to correspond to a discharge power setting value set by a user using the user terminal.

本发明涉及电力控制系统和车辆。电力控制系统包括：ECU，其被配置为控制(i)从电力设施向车辆充电，以及(ii)从车辆向电力设施放电；和用户终端，其被配置为允许用户单独地设置充电电力设置值和放电电力设置值。当执行从电力设施到车辆的充电时，该ECU被配置为控制每单位时间向该车辆充电的电力以对应于用户使用该用户终端所设置的充电电力设置值。当执行从该车辆到该电力设施的放电时，该ECU被配置为控制每单位时间从该车辆放电的电力以对应于用户使用该用户终端所设置的放电电力设置值。
