The invention discloses a fender support and a vehicle, the fender support is used for being mounted on a frame of the vehicle, and the fender support comprises a mounting seat, a supporting beam and a damping assembly; the mounting seat is used for being detachably mounted on a frame, the width direction of the mounting seat is a first direction, the length direction of the mounting seat is a second direction, the mounting seat is provided with a mounting surface and a supporting surface which are oppositely arranged in the first direction, the mounting surface is used for being attached to the end surface of one side of the frame, and a supporting convex part is arranged on the supporting surface; the supporting beam is detachably installed on the upper end face of the supporting protruding part and extends in the first direction. The damping assembly is arranged between the supporting convex part and the supporting beam; according to the technical scheme, the damping effect is achieved by arranging the damping assembly, meanwhile, the damping assembly is independently arranged, maintenance and replacement are convenient, and the maintenance cost is reduced; the mounting base is connected with the supporting beam, so that the fender support is more convenient to disassemble and assemble and higher in stability.
