本发明涉及一种适用于轻量化车架总成的集成支架结构,包括:横梁连接段、连接架以及拖钩端,其中,横梁连接段、连接架及拖钩端一体式结合形成集成支架的主体结构;横梁连接段的一端上设有连接台阶,连接台阶用以连接横梁;连接架用以至少连接保险杠,连接架设于在横梁连接段的另一端处;从横梁连接段的侧面向外延伸形成的拖钩端,拖钩端的钩部逐渐朝连接台阶方向一侧偏移。本发明还涉及一种车架前端总成。通过横梁连接段、连接架及拖钩端一体式结合的集成支架作为车架前端总成的安装支架。在提高集成支架的抗拉强度的同时,减小装配步骤,简化加工流程并且降低装配过程产生的误差,提高生产效率。

    The invention relates to an integrated support structure suitable for a light-weight frame assembly, which comprises a cross beam connecting section, a connecting frame and a towing hook end, and is characterized in that the cross beam connecting section, the connecting frame and the towing hook end are integrally combined to form a main body structure of an integrated support; a connecting step is arranged at one end of the cross beam connecting section and is used for connecting a cross beam; the connecting frame is at least connected with a bumper and is arranged at the other end of the cross beam connecting section; the towing hook end is formed by extending outwards from the side face of the cross beam connecting section, and the hook part of the towing hook end gradually deviates towards one side of the direction of the connecting step. The invention further relates to a frame front end assembly. An integrated support formed by integrally combining the cross beam connecting section, the connecting frame and the towing hook end serves as a mounting support of the frame front end assembly. The tensile strength of the integrated support is improved, meanwhile, the assembly steps are reduced, the machining process is simplified, errors generated in the assembly process are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
