The invention discloses a pedal carrying moped which comprises a moped body, the moped body comprises a head part, a frame part and a driving part, the head part is connected with the upper portion of the frame part, the driving part is connected with the bottom of the frame part, pedals are arranged on one side of the lower portion of the frame part, and the driving part comprises a control system. The control system is electrically connected with the head. Meanwhile, the invention further discloses a carrying method of the carrying pedal moped. According to the invention, not only can the object be carried for movement, but also a user can be carried for short rest for the user; the multiple wheels are installed, the structure is reasonable and stable, and the turnover phenomenon is reduced; the whole device is made of a light material, is light in weight and convenient to carry, and integrally reduces the load of a user; the control system is provided with multiple advancing modes, and activity requirements are met.
