The invention discloses a passenger car B column reinforcing structure which comprises a side wall outer plate, a B column reinforcing plate, a B column inner reinforcing plate, a B column lower reinforcing plate and a B column inner plate. The side wall outer plate, the B column reinforcing plate and the B column inner plate are sequentially connected through a spot welding process; the B-pillar internal reinforcing plate is connected to the upper portion of the inner side of the B-pillar reinforcing plate through the spot welding technology, and the B-pillar lower reinforcing plate is connected to the lower portion of the inner side of the B-pillar reinforcing plate through the spot welding technology. The B column reinforcing plate is composed of a reinforcing plate mother plate and a patch plate, and the reinforcing plate mother plate and the patch plate are connected through spot welding before thermal forming. Spot welding connection of the three layers of hot-formed ultrahigh-strength steel plates is achieved, meanwhile, the reinforcing plate in the B column is made of the 2000 Mpa-level ultrahigh-strength plate for the first time, the section size of the B column is reduced, and the head space of front-row passengers is enlarged.
本发明公开了一种乘用车B柱加强结构,包括侧围外板、B柱加强板、B柱内部加强板、B柱下部加强板、B柱内板;侧围外板、B柱加强板及B柱内板依次通过点焊工艺连接;B柱内部加强板通过点焊工艺连接在B柱加强板内侧上部,B柱下部加强板通过点焊工艺连接在B柱加强板内侧下部。所述B柱加强板由加强板母板及补丁板构成,加强板母板与补丁板热成型前通过点焊连接。本发明实现三层热成型超高强度钢板点焊连接,同时B柱内部加强板首次应用2000Mpa级超高强度板材,减小了B柱断面尺寸,加大前排乘员头部空间。
