The invention relates to a communication apparatus and a position determination method. The invention provides a structure capable of determining the position of a distance measurement object in more detail by using distance measurement technology. This communication device is provided with: a plurality of wireless communication units that perform wireless communication with other communication devices; and a control unit that controls the communication device on the basis of at least three distance measurement results, which are obtained on the basis of the results of wireless communication performed by each of at least three wireless communication units among the plurality of wireless communication units, and which indicate the distance between each of the at least three wireless communication units and the other communication device. And specifies position information indicating a position where the other communication device is present.
