The invention relates to a heat insulation method suitable for an aerospace craft, which comprises the following steps: (1) mixing a silicon-based external heat-proof coating, a diluent and a curing agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain heat-proof glue A; carrying out vacuum defoaming on the heat-proof glue A, then extruding the heat-proof glue A into a shape matched with a to-be-heat-proof surface of a product needing to be heat-proof through a mold, and standing and curing to obtain the formed heat-proof glue for later use; (2) mixing a silicon-based external heat-proof coating and a curing agent, and uniformly stirring to obtain heat-proof glue B; preparing for later use; and (3) taking a product needing heat protection, cleaning the surface to be heat-protected, firstly brushing the bottom coating glue, then brushing the heat-protected glue B, finally pasting the formed heat-protected glue, standing and curing to obtain a product with an outer heat-protected silica gel layer. The outer heat-proof silica gel layer prepared through the method is formed at a time, good in surface quality, high in compressive strength, simple in technological operation, high in controllability and suitable for heat-proof treatment of complex structures, curing parts can be manufactured in advance for stock preparation, and planned production is achieved.

    本发明涉及一种适用于航天飞行器的隔热方法,包括:(1)将硅基外防热涂料、稀释剂、固化剂混合后搅拌均匀,得到防热胶A;将防热胶A先进行真空脱泡,然后通过模具挤出成与需防热产品的待防热面相匹配的形状,静置固化后,得到成型的防热胶,备用;(2)将硅基外防热涂料、固化剂混合后搅拌均匀,得到防热胶B;备用;(3)取需防热产品,将待防热面清理干净后,先涂刷底涂胶,然后涂刷防热胶B,最后贴上成型的防热胶,静置固化,得到具有外防热硅胶层的产品。本发明所述方法制备的外防热硅胶层一次成型、表面质量好、抗压强度高、工艺操作简单、可控性强,适用于复杂结构防热处理,且可提前制作固化件预备库存,实现可计划性生产。
