The invention discloses an application early warning system and early warning method based on a smart city. The system comprises a road information acquisition module, an image information acquisition module, a meteorological information acquisition module, a data receiving module, a data processing module, a master control module and an information sending module. The road information acquisition module is used for acquiring vehicle number information on each road, the image acquisition module is installed at a position with a large pedestrian flow rate and is used for acquiring image information of the position with the large pedestrian flow rate, and the weather information acquisition module is used for acquiring weather information of a preset position. The weather information comprises rainfall information, snowfall information and air temperature information in a future preset duration; the data receiving module is used for receiving the vehicle number information on each road, the image information of the position with the large pedestrian flow and the weather information of the preset position. According to the invention, city safety early warning can be better carried out, namely, the safety of the smart city is better improved.

本发明公开了一种基于智慧城市的应用预警系统及预警方法，包括道路信息采集模块、影像信息采集模块、气象信息采集模块、数据接收模块、数据处理模块、总控模块与信息发送模块；所述道路信息采集模块用于采集各个道路上的车辆数量信息，所述影像采集模块安装在人流量大的位置，用于采集人流量大的位置的影像信息，所述气象信息采集模块用于采集预设位置的气象信息，气象信息包括未来预设时长内的降雨信息、降雪信息与气温信息；所述数据接收模块用于接收各个道路上的车辆数量信息、人流量大的位置的影像信息与预设位置的气象信息。本发明能够更好的进行城市安全预警，即更好的提升智慧城市的安全。
