The invention provides a ground bus rapidness index analysis method and apparatus, and an electronic device. The method comprises the steps of obtaining travel data of a travel sample; the travel samples are objects which travel in different travel modes in a city, and the travel data comprises travel route data which adopt different travel modes; according to the travel travel data of each travel mode, obtaining travel time and travel distance of the travel sample of each travel mode; determining a speed ratio according to the travel time and the travel distance of each travel mode; and analyzing the quickness degree of the ground bus according to the speed ratio. The rapid degree of bus travel can be visually evaluated; secondly, in a space range, evaluation is carried out according to a city-level range, and the method is also suitable for evaluation of administrative regions and is used for comparing traffic operation conditions of different regions or regions.
