The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted device for monitoring vehicle driving. The vehicle-mounted device comprises an electronic tag module, a positioning module, an ETC module, a camera module, an information interaction module, a speed detection module and a main control module, the electronic tag module is used for acquiring vehicle information of a current vehicle; the camera module is used for detecting the driving state of a driver on the current vehicle, and if the driver on the current vehicle is in the drunk driving and/or fatigue driving state, the camera module sends out a warning instruction; the information interaction module is used for giving an alarm; the speed detection module is used for detecting whether the driving speed of the current vehicle at the position coordinates of the speed limit signboard exceeds the speed limit information on the speed limit signboard or not in the driving process when the ETC module interacts with the road test equipment; and if so, recording the position coordinates and the driving speed during overspeed driving. The method is accurate in positioning and high in analysis speed, reduces the occurrence frequency of illegal behaviors in the driving process, and reduces the occurrence of road accidents.

本申请公开了一种用于监测车辆行驶的车载装置，包括电子标签模块、定位模块、ETC模块、摄像模块、信息交互模块、速度检测模块和主控制模块；电子标签模块用于获取当前车辆的车辆信息；摄像模块用于检测当前车辆上驾驶员的驾驶状态，若当前车辆上驾驶员处于酒驾和/或疲劳驾驶状态，摄像模块发出警示指令；信息交互模块用于发出警报；速度检测模块用于当ETC模块与路测设备交互时，检测行驶过程中当前车辆位于限速标志牌位置坐标时的行驶速度是否超过限速标志牌上的限速信息；若超过，记录超速行驶时的位置坐标与行驶速度。本申请定位精准、分析速度快，减少驾驶过程中违规行为的发生频率，减少路面事故的发生。
