The invention discloses a safety monitoring system and method for avoiding unexpected flameout and power-off of a vehicle and the vehicle. The system comprises a starting switch, a micro-control unit, a latch circuit, a driving circuit, a relay and a power source. The input end of the micro-control unit receives a switching signal and a vehicle speed signal from the starting switch, and sends a control signal to the latch circuit; the latch circuit latches the powered-on driving circuit to an effective state and controls the driving circuit; the drive circuit controls the opening and closing states of the relay. The power supply is connected with the relay, is in an on state when the relay is closed, and is in an off state when the relay is disconnected. According to the method, function safety scheme design is carried out on the main object on the logic link of vehicle power supply flameout power-off, safety design of a failure mode system link is achieved, and therefore harmful events caused by unexpected flameout power-off in the vehicle driving process are prevented.
本发明公开了一种避免车辆非预期熄火下电的安全监控系统、方法及车辆,该系统包括启动开关、微控制单元、锁存器电路、驱动电路、继电器和电源;微控制单元的输入端接收来自于启动开关的开关信号和车速信号,并发出控制信号到锁存器电路;锁存器电路将上电后的驱动电路锁存到有效状态,并对驱动电路进行控制;驱动电路对继电器的断开和闭合状态进行控制;电源与继电器连接,且继电器闭合时电源处于开启状态,断开时电源处于关断状态。本发明通过对车辆电源熄火下电的逻辑链路上的主要对象进行功能安全方案设计,实现对失效模式系统链路的安全设计,从而防止车辆在行驶过程中的非预期熄火下电导致的危害事件发生。
