The invention relates to an electric vehicle resource-containing power system scheduling framework method and system, and the method comprises the steps: carrying out the day-ahead prediction of the charging and discharging amount of each electric vehicle charging station in a region by taking a charging station or an electric vehicle load aggregator as a unit according to the electric vehicle charging and discharging historical information collected by each electric vehicle charging station in the region; according to the basic load information of the regional power grid, determining a regulation target and a regulation demand of the regional power grid; forming a day-ahead charging and discharging plan of the electric vehicle according to the determined regulation and control demand; combining the basic load information of the regional power grid and the generated day-ahead charging and discharging plan of the electric vehicle in the region to form a day-ahead scheduling plan of the power system, and checking the safety; and according to the current charging and discharging plan of the electric vehicle and the current scheduling plan of the power system, performing rolling correction and real-time scheduling of the charging and discharging plan of the electric vehicle. According to the method, the electric vehicles are used as source side resources to be integrated into the original scheduling process on the scheduling level, and the distributed energy storage resource characteristics of the large-scale electric vehicles can be better exerted.

    一种含电动汽车资源的电力系统调度框架方法及其系统,根据区域内各电动汽车充电站收集的电动汽车充放电历史信息,以充电站或电动汽车负荷聚合商为单位对区域内各电动汽车充电站的充放电量进行日前预测;根据区域电网基础负荷信息,确定区域电网调控目标及调控需求;根据确定调控需求,形成电动汽车日前充放电计划;结合区域电网基础负荷信息及生成的区域内电动汽车日前充放电计划,形成电力系统日前调度计划,对安全性进行校核;根据电动汽车日前充放电计划和电力系统日前调度计划,进行电动汽车充放电计划的滚动修正,实时调度。本发明在调度层面将电动汽车作为源侧资源融入原有调度过程中,可以更好地发挥规模化电动汽车的分布式储能资源特性。
