Abstract

The invention relates to an engineering vehicle-mounted charging control system which comprises a charger and a charging control module, the charger comprises an alternating current input module, a power conversion module and a direct current output module, and the alternating current input module, the power conversion module and the direct current output module are sequentially connected. The direct-current output module is used for outputting a three-phase alternating-current power supply input by the alternating-current input module into a direct-current charging power supply through power conversion, and the charging control module is connected with the alternating-current input module, the power conversion module and the direct-current output module and used for controlling the direct-current charging power supply. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, through each control function unit arranged in the charging control module, the safety protection level of the pure electric mode engineering vehicle is improved, and meanwhile, the safety and the reliability of the use of the engineering vehicle charger are improved.

本发明涉及一种工程车载式充电控制系统，该系统包括充电机和充电控制模块，所述充电机包括交流输入模块、功率变换模块和直流输出模块，所述交流输入模块、功率变换模块和直流输出模块依次连接，用于将交流输入模块输入的三相交流电源经过功率变换输出直流充电电源，所述充电控制模块分别连接所述交流输入模块、功率变换模块和直流输出模块，用于对所述直流充电电源进行控制。本发明提供的技术方案，通过充电控制模块中设置的各控制功能单元，提高了纯电动模式工程车辆的安全防护等级，同时提高了工程车辆充电机使用的安全性和可靠性。
