The invention provides a variable control valve structure, a variable motor and engineering machine.The variable control valve structure comprises a valve sleeve, a valve element and an electric driving part, and a first oil port and a second oil port are formed in the valve sleeve; the valve element is movably arranged in the valve sleeve, the valve element comprises a first section and a partition section, the first section is arranged in the valve sleeve in a spaced and sleeved mode to form an oil guide cavity, the oil guide cavity communicates with the first oil port, and the partition section is configured to move along with the valve element so as to partition or communicate the oil guide cavity and the second oil port; the electric driving piece is connected with the valve element so as to drive the valve element to move. According to the structure, displacement switching is achieved in an electric control mode and is quicker and more stable, oil way structure arrangement can be reduced, the machining cost is reduced, and the defects that in the prior art, a variable control valve is high in structure cost and low in reliability are overcome.
本发明提供了一种变量控制阀结构、变量马达及工程机械,其中,变量控制阀结构包括阀套、阀芯和电驱动件,阀套上设置有第一油口和第二油口;阀芯可移动地设置于阀套内,阀芯包括第一段和隔断段,第一段间隔套设在阀套内以形成导油腔,导油腔与第一油口连通,隔断段被配置为跟随阀芯移动,以隔断或连通导油腔和第二油口;电驱动件与阀芯连接,以驱动阀芯移动。以上结构中,通过电控方式实现排量切换,更加快速平稳,且可减少油路结构设置,降低加工成本,解决了现有技术中的变量控制阀结构成本高、可靠性低的缺陷。
