The invention relates to a constant flow air supply device of an aircraft environment control test system and a control method, and belongs to the technical field of aircraft environment control system test design. The device comprises an air compressor, an air storage tank, an automatic regulating valve, a controller, a pressure sensor, a manual regulating valve and an environmental control test system, one end of the air compressor is connected with the air storage tank; the air storage tank is connected with the environmental control test system through a pipeline; an automatic regulating valve, a pressure sensor and a manual regulating valve are arranged on the pipeline; and the controller is respectively connected with the automatic regulating valve and the pressure sensor. Compared with an existing manual adjustment means, the constant flow air supply device for air supply of the aircraft environment control test system can achieve automatic flow adjustment, and manpower cost is saved.

    本发明涉及一种飞机环控试验系统恒定流量供气装置及控制方法,属于飞行器环控系统试验设计技术领域。该装置包括空气压缩机、储气罐、自动调节阀、控制器、压力传感器、手动调节阀和环控试验系统;空气压缩机的一端连接储气罐,储气罐通过管线与环控试验系统连接;在管线上设置有自动调节阀、压力传感器和手动调节阀;控制器分别与自动调节阀和压力传感器连接。本发明提供的飞机环控试验系统供气时的恒定流量供气装置相较于现有的人工调节手段,可以实现流量自动调节,节约人力成本。
