The invention discloses a method for intelligently sensing and judging compliance operation of an operation area based on AI. The method comprises the following specific steps: arranging a plurality of monitoring cameras which are arranged in the transverse direction and the longitudinal direction on a cart which linearly walks on a portal crane; a three-dimensional operation scene of an operation area of the portal crane is synthesized through a plurality of monitoring cameras, whether an operator is in a compliant operation state or not is judged by performing AI intelligent analysis on the three-dimensional operation scene, and if the AI intelligent analysis shows that the operator is in a non-compliant operation state, the system gives a prompt alarm. According to the method, the operators below the portal crane are analyzed and monitored through the plurality of monitoring cameras, the monitoring is simple, the cost is low, the implementation is fast, and the safety compliance operation management energy efficiency of the operation area of the portal crane is improved.
