Abstract

The invention relates to a hopper car body and a railway transport car. The hopper car body comprises a volume-fixing car body and a volume-expanding car body. The capacity expansion vehicle body comprises an inner-layer end wall and an outer-layer end wall matched with the inner-layer end wall, and the outer-layer end wall is arranged at the end of the capacity fixing vehicle body and connected with the capacity fixing vehicle body to define a containing cavity. The inner-layer end wall is arranged in the containing cavity and installed at the end of the solid volume vehicle body in a turnover mode. The inner-layer end wall is provided with an expansion position and an unloading position, and the inner-layer end wall can be overturned to the unloading position from the expansion position in the direction away from the outer-layer end wall and overturned to the expansion position from the unloading position in the direction close to the outer-layer end wall. Before goods are loaded, the inner-layer end wall is located at the expansion position close to the outer-layer end wall, and expansion of the hopper car body is achieved. And when the goods are unloaded, the inner-layer end wall is overturned to the unloading position in the direction away from the outer-layer end wall, and the goods are automatically unloaded under the action of gravity. Thus, the effective volume of the hopper car body can be enlarged, the cargo carrying capacity is improved, and meanwhile normal unloading of the hopper car body can be guaranteed.

本发明涉及一种漏斗车体及铁路运输车。漏斗车体包括固容车体及扩容车体。扩容车体包括内层端墙及与内层端墙适配的外层端墙，外层端墙设于固容车体的端部，并与固容车体连接围成收容腔。内层端墙设于收容腔内，并可翻转地安装于固容车体的端部。内层端墙具有扩容位置及卸货位置，内层端墙能从扩容位置朝远离外层端墙方向翻转至卸货位置、及从卸货位置朝靠近外层端墙方向翻转至扩容位置。货物装载前，内层端墙位于靠近外层端墙的扩容位置，实现对漏斗车体进行扩容。货物卸载时，内层端墙朝远离外层端墙的方向翻转至卸货位置，货物在重力作用下自动卸货。如此，不仅能扩大漏斗车体的有效容积，提高载货能力，同时还能保证漏斗车体正常卸货。
