The invention belongs to the technical field of design and manufacturing of underground coal mine auxiliary transportation equipment, and particularly relates to an underground coal mine self-steering type self-moving equipment train. Comprising an anchoring traction device, an anchoring supporting device, flat cars, a self-contained track and a pre-laid track, the tail of the anchoring traction device is connected with the anchoring supporting device through a traction jack, the tail of the anchoring supporting device is connected with a plurality of groups of flat cars, and the flat cars and the anchoring supporting device are mutually connected through plate car connecting plates; a self-contained track is embedded in a sliding wheel on the side face of the flat car, and the pre-laid track is arranged at the turning position of a roadway. The applicable working condition of an existing equipment train is met, the equipment train can be attached to the pre-laid track according to the deviation adjusting mechanism of the equipment train before the equipment train runs to the inclined roadway position, so that steering is achieved, compared with an existing winch pulling and manual traction turning mode, the equipment train is more convenient and flexible, the turning procedures are reduced, the labor intensity is reduced, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明属于煤矿井下辅助运输设备的设计与制造技术领域,具体涉及一种煤矿井下可自转向式自移设备列车。包括锚固牵引装置、锚固支撑装置、平板车、自带轨道以及预铺轨道,锚固牵引装置的尾部通过牵引千斤顶与锚固支撑装置连接,锚固支撑装置尾部连接若干组平板车,平板车之间以及平板车与锚固支撑装置之间通过板车连接板相互连接,平板车的侧面滑移轮内嵌入有自带轨道,所述的预铺轨道设置在巷道的转弯处。本发明不仅满足现有设备列车的适用工况,当设备列车行至斜巷位置前,设备列车可根据自带调偏机构与预铺轨道相贴合,从而实现转向,较现有通过绞车拉拽,人工牵引转弯的方式更加方便灵活,减少转弯工序,降低劳动强度,提高工作效率。
