The invention provides a composition for preparing a tread, a rubber material, a preparation method of the rubber material and a tire, and belongs to the technical field of tires. The composition comprises 100 parts by weight of rubber, 10-62 parts by weight of carbon black, 0-55 parts by weight of white carbon black, 2-10 parts by weight of carbon nanotubes, 0-1 part by weight of a carbon black coupling agent, 1-3 parts by weight of a processing aid, 1.5-5.5 parts by weight of zinc oxide, 1-3 parts by weight of stearic acid, 0-6 parts by weight of a silane coupling agent, 0-1.5 parts by weight of an anti-vulcanization reaction agent, 1-5 parts by weight of protective wax and 1.2-4 parts by weight of an anti-aging agent. According to the composition, 10-15 parts by weight of carbon black is replaced by the carbon nanotubes, and the use amounts of the carbon black and the white carbon black are adjusted, so that the thermal conductivity and the electrical conductivity of a rubber material prepared from the composition can be improved. The rubber material prepared from the composition has relatively high stress at definite elongation under low strain, relatively high tensile strength and elongation at break, relatively low compression heat generation and relatively good wear resistance and dynamic performance.

    本申请提供一种用于制备胎面的组合物、胶料及其制备方法、轮胎,属于轮胎技术领域。组合物包括100重量份橡胶、10~62重量份炭黑、0~55重量份白炭黑、2~10重量份碳纳米管、0~1重量份炭黑偶联剂、1~3重量份加工助剂、1.5~5.5重量份氧化锌、1~3重量份硬脂酸、0~6重量份硅烷偶联剂、0~1.5重量份抗硫化反应剂、1~5重量份防护蜡和1.2~4重量份防老剂。组合物以碳纳米管替代10~15重量份炭黑,并调整炭黑和白炭黑的用量,能够提高组合物制得的胶料的导热性和导电性。组合物制得的胶料具有较高的低应变下的定伸应力,较高的拉断强度和拉断伸长率,较低的压缩生热以及较好的耐磨性能和动态性能。
