The invention discloses an insulator hydrophobicity test device based on an unmanned aerial vehicle. The insulator hydrophobicity test device based on the unmanned aerial vehicle comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle and an integrated water spraying tank, and the unmanned aerial vehicle carries the integrated water spraying tank to fly to the periphery of an insulator string to carry out a hydrophobicity test. The integrated water spraying tank integrates the water tank body, the water pump, the water spraying assembly and other parts, the mass and the size of a water spraying device needing to be carried by the unmanned aerial vehicle are reduced, and therefore the unmanned aerial vehicle with the small size can be selected. The small unmanned aerial vehicle can flexibly move in a limited space without being influenced by a tower type space position and an insulator string suspension mode, can be closer to an insulator string, can change a flight angle more flexibly, can fly into a smaller tower space or a tower space with a complex structure to perform water spraying operation. Therefore, the insulator hydrophobicity test can be carried out in a multi-angle, multi-direction and short-distance manner. The water spraying amount and the atomization effect can be accurately controlled through short-distance water spraying, so that the hydrophobicity test effect is closer to the manual test effect.

    本发明公开一种基于无人机的绝缘子憎水性试验装置,包括无人机和集成式喷水箱,无人机携带集成式喷水箱飞行至绝缘子串周围开展憎水性试验。集成式喷水箱集成了水箱本体、水泵和喷水组件等部件,减小了无人机所需携带的喷水装置的质量和体积,因此无人机可以选用体型较小的无人机;小体型的无人机能灵活地在有限的空间内移动而不受塔型空间位置、绝缘子串悬挂方式的影响,能够更近地靠近绝缘子串,并能更灵活地变换飞行角度,可以飞入更小的或者结构复杂的杆塔空间内进行喷水作业,进而可以多角度、多方位、近距离地开展绝缘子憎水性试验。近距离喷水能准确地控制喷水量和雾化效果,使得憎水性试验效果更接近人工测试效果。
