The invention discloses a container ship containment system and a B-type independent fuel cabin insulation structure thereof. The insulation structure comprises a vertical support arranged between a fuel cabin and a ship body structure, a non-standard insulation module mounted in an upper enclosure bulkhead space of the vertical support, and a standard insulation module mounted at the periphery of the non-standard insulation module. The non-standard insulation module is fixed with the vertical support through low-temperature-resistant resin poured in the non-standard insulation module. Insulation sealing assemblies are arranged in the gap between the non-standard insulation module and the standard insulation module and in the standard insulation module. According to the invention, the connection and installation problems of the non-standard insulation modules of the vertical support at the bottom of the B-type cabin and the connection and installation between the standard insulation modules and the non-standard insulation modules are effectively solved, and the feasibility of a glass wool sealing process between the standard insulation modules and the non-standard insulation modules is effectively ensured.
