The invention provides a method for controlling the maximum output power of a fuel cell. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring the maximum heat dissipation capability Q of a fuel cell system according to the current working environment and working state of the fuel cell system; calculating the current rated maximum power Wmax of the fuel cell according to the current maximum heat dissipation capability Q of a radiator; and controlling the output power of the fuel cell, so that the output power of the fuel cell is smaller than the current rated maximum power Wmax. The method has the advantages that the fuel cell control system controls and limits the maximum power of the fuel cell in advance by predicting the rated heat dissipation capacity, it is guaranteed that the temperature of the fuel cell is always within the control range, output power circulation fluctuation of the fuel cell is avoided, and the service life of the fuel cell is prolonged.

    本发明提供了一种燃料电池的最大输出功率控制方法,包括根据燃料电池系统当前的工作环境和工作状态获得燃料电池系统的最大散热能力Q;根据散热器的当前最大散热能力Q计算燃料电池的当前额定最大功率Wmax;控制燃料电池的输出功率,使燃料电池的输出功率小于当前额定最大功率Wmax。本发明的优点在于:燃料电池控制系统通过预测额定散热能力提前控制限制燃料电池最大功率,保证燃料电池温度始终在控制范围内,避免了燃料电池的输出功率循环波动,延长了燃料电池的寿命。
