The invention relates to a multifunctional large-tonnage full-hole precast beam reinforcement cage lifting appliance. The lifting appliance comprises a spherical net rack, the length and the width of the spherical net rack are larger than those of a precast beam reinforcement cage respectively, four lifting lugs are symmetrically welded to the top of the spherical net rack along the two sides of the longitudinal center line, and a layer of rainproof plate is laid on the top face of the spherical net rack. The rainproof plate is fixedly connected with the spherical net rack through a binding wire. A plurality of lifting points can be arranged to lift the reinforcement cage, so that the reinforcement cage is uniformly stressed, and deformation caused by local stress concentration is avoided; and the rainproof plate is installed at the top of the lifting appliance and can also serve as a rainproof shed, and it is guaranteed that reinforcement cage binding and lifting and box girder concrete pouring construction can still be normally conducted in rainy and snowy weather.

本发明涉及一种多功能大吨位整孔预制梁钢筋笼吊具，包括一球形网架，所述球形网架的长度和宽度分别大于预制梁钢筋笼的长和宽，球形网架顶部沿纵向中心线两侧对称焊接4个吊耳，球形网架顶面铺设一层防雨板，防雨板与球形网架通过扎丝连接固定。本发明可设置多个吊点起吊钢筋笼，使钢筋笼均匀受力，避免局部受力集中导致变形；在吊具顶部安装了防雨板，可兼做防雨棚，保证雨雪天气仍可正常进行钢筋笼绑扎、吊装及箱梁混凝土浇筑施工。
