The invention provides a road traffic risk index calculation method and a road traffic risk early warning method. The road traffic risk early warning method comprises the steps: obtaining a road traffic risk index D of a target road scene, wherein the road traffic risk index D is obtained according to the calculation method of the road traffic risk index; and judging the risk level of the target road scene according to the road traffic risk index D, and sending a signal containing risk level information to a terminal for early warning prompt. According to the invention, the problems of low detection accuracy and poor generalization of a road traffic risk early warning method in the prior art are solved; and the problems that the method is only suitable for a single road traffic environment scene, the false alarm rate is obviously increased after the method is replaced to other types of road traffic environment scenes, and application limitation exists are solved.

本发明提供了一种道路交通风险指数的计算方法和一种道路交通风险预警方法，其中，道路交通风险预警方法包括：获取目标道路场景的道路交通风险指数D，道路交通风险指数D根上述的道路交通风险指数的计算方法获取；根据所述道路交通风险指数D判定所述目标道路场景的风险等级，并将包含风险等级信息的信号发送至终端进行预警提示。本发明解决了现有技术中的道路交通风险预警方法的检测准确率低、泛化性差；以及仅适用于单一的道路交通环境场景中，更换至其他类型的道路交通环境场景后，误报率明显提升，存在应用局限性的问题。
