The invention discloses a radio frequency identification dynamic visualization intersection monitoring management system and a detection method. The system comprises a plurality of radio frequency identification transmitting systems, a plurality of radio frequency identification receiving systems, an information transmission system, a signal control system, a central processing system and a video acquisition system, during detection, traffic lights at the intersection are dispatched through a signal control system according to the number of vehicles. Dynamic monitoring and signal control are performed on the intersection by using the data advantages of the radio frequency identification system, the survey data precision is improved, and the requirements of intelligent traffic data types are met.
