The invention discloses a backrest-linked local supporting structure for a vehicle seat. The backrest-linked local supporting structure comprises a backrest; a back supporting body which is arranged in the backrest and is used for supporting the back of a user; a supporting part which is arranged at the lower end of the backrest and can correspondingly support the area between the waist and the hip of a passenger; a connecting rod assembly which is installed between the supporting part and the backrest and used for restraining the supporting part to move up and down in the thickness direction of the backrest; and a driving mechanism which is used for driving the connecting rod assembly to execute actions. The supporting part is connected with the back supporting body, and under the effect of the driving mechanism, the supporting part can ascend and descend in the thickness direction of the backrest and pull the back supporting body to be in linkage. The local supporting structure has the advantages that the area between the waist and the hip of a user can be supported according to the needs of the user, and fatigue caused by long-time sitting can be relieved.
