The invention provides a driving control system for a mining monorail crane. The driving control system comprises an operating handle, an anti-explosion battery box, a control box, a display screen, two or more driving units for driving the monorail crane to operate, and a power supply on-off controller for correspondingly controlling the on-off of a power supply of each driving unit, each driving unit comprises two frequency conversion all-in-one machines used for providing power output, two large-speed-ratio planetary speed reducers used for reducing speed and increasing torque, two friction driving wheels used for driving, two sets of walking wheels used for bearing and two pairs of braking devices used for braking; and the power supply ends of the two frequency conversion all-in-one machines of each driving unit are connected in parallel and electrically connected with the same power supply output end of the power supply on-off controller, and the communication ends of the two frequency conversion all-in-one machines communicate with the control box. According to the driving control system, a one-to-one control mode is adopted, so that the technical problems that the existing one-to-many similar system is low in operation efficiency and high in failure rate, and other motors are easily overloaded and secondarily damaged when a single motor breaks down can be effectively solved.
本发明提供一种矿用单轨吊机车驱动控制系统,包括操作手柄、防爆电池箱、控制箱、显示屏、用于驱动单轨吊机车运行的2个以上的驱动单元、用于分别控制各驱动单元电源通断的电源通断控制器;每个驱动单元包括2台用于提供动力输出的变频一体机,用于减速增扭的2台大速比行星减速机,用于驱动的2个摩擦驱动轮,用于承重的2套行走轮以及用于刹车的2副制动装置;每个驱动单元的2台变频一体机的电源端并联与电源通断控制器的同一个电源输出端电连接,2台变频一体机的通信端分别与控制箱通信。本发明采用1拖1的控制方式,能有效解决现有1拖多的同类系统运行效率低、故障率高、单台电机故障时易造成其它电机过载二次损坏等技术问题。
