The invention provides a wide-temperature-zone space environment simulation test system. The wide-temperature-zone space environment simulation test system comprises a vacuum container, an outer heat sink, an inner heat sink, a low-temperature electromagnetic valve, a GM refrigerator and a program temperature control module. The outer heat sink and the inner heat sink are sequentially and fixedly installed in the vacuum container, a liquid nitrogen pipeline is arranged in the outer heat sink, the low-temperature electromagnetic valve is connected into the liquid nitrogen pipeline of the outer heat sink, and the GM refrigerating machine is connected with the inner heat sink. The liquid nitrogen system and the GM refrigerating machine are combined, the outer heat sink and the inner heat sink are arranged, and the outer surface of the inner heat sink is polished and plated with bright nickel, so that the heat radiation load of the outer heat sink to the inner heat sink under 20K is effectively reduced, and the extremely low-temperature environment lower than 20K in the large vacuum container is obtained; and by arranging the electromagnetic contact switch, the defect that the refrigerating power of the GM refrigerating machine is insufficient under the high-temperature working condition is overcome.

    本发明提供了一种宽温区空间环境模拟试验系统,包括真空容器、外热沉、内热沉、低温电磁阀、GM制冷机和程序控温模块;外热沉和内热沉依次安装固定在真空容器内部,外热沉内设有液氮管路,低温电磁阀连接到外热沉的液氮管路中,GM制冷机与内热沉相连接。本发明通过液氮系统和GM制冷机的结合,设置外热沉和内热沉,并通过对内热沉外表面的抛光镀亮镍处理,有效减小了20K下外热沉对内热沉的热辐射负载,从而实现了大型真空容器内部低于20K极低温环境的获得;通过设置电磁接触开关,弥补了GM制冷机在高温工况下制冷功率的不足。
