The invention discloses a walking device which comprises an annular support, a first walking mechanism, a second walking mechanism and an elastic connecting mechanism, the first walking mechanism and the second walking mechanism are both arranged on the annular support, and the first walking mechanism is used for driving the annular support to walk in the circumferential direction of an object to be operated; the second walking mechanism is used for installing an operation part and driving the operation part to move in the axial direction of a column cavity. The two ends of the elastic connecting mechanism are connected with the head end of one sub-support of the annular support and the tail end of the other sub-support of the annular support respectively. The elastic connecting mechanism has a tightening state and an extending state, and in the tightening state, the elastic connecting mechanism tightens the distance between the head end and the tail end, so that the first walking mechanism compresses the to-be-operated object; and in the extending state, the other end of the elastic connecting mechanism can be separated from the tail end, so that the annular support can be stretched. The walking device can drive the operation part to move in the circumferential direction and the axial direction of the object to be operated.
