The invention belongs to the technical field of metallurgy, and particularly relates to a high-temperature melt slow cooling device and a cinder ladle temperature measuring method. A slow cooling area used for stacking cinder ladles is arranged beside a rail of a portal crane, temperature measuring probes are arranged on supporting legs of the portal crane, and the temperature measuring probes obliquely and downwards point to the side walls of the cinder ladles in the slow cooling area. In this way, in the transfer operation process of the portal crane, the temperature measuring probes arranged on the supporting legs can detect the side walls of the slag ladles beside an advancing path of the portal crane, temperature measurement without stopping is achieved, the temperature measuring efficiency is high, and the temperature measuring result is reliable.
