The invention provides a manufacturing method of a light-emitting vehicle logo mask, and the core lies in that a nano metal coating, an ink pattern layer and a light-scattering ink layer/light-scattering paint layer are integrated and realized on a membrane adopted in IML (in-mold insert injection molding); then the lampshade is subjected to injection molding through a mold, so the length of a process route is shortened, the product percent of pass is improved, and the production and manufacturing cost is reduced; on the other hand, the light scattering paint can replace a traditional light uniformizing piece or a light guide plate, the light scattering effect of the light scattering paint is better than that of the light uniformizing piece or the light guide plate, the space thickness of a light-emitting label system can be reduced through the light scattering paint, and the compact design of the system is achieved.

本发明提供一种发光车标面罩的制造方法，核心在于利用IML(模内镶件注塑)中采用的膜片，在其上集成实现了纳米金属镀层、油墨图案层以及散光油墨层/散光油漆层；之后在通过模具注塑灯罩，从而缩短了工艺路线长度，提升产品合格率，降低了生产制造成本；另一方面，本发明中的散光油漆，可取代传统匀光片或导光板的使用，其散光效果优于匀光片或导光板，并且散光油漆的使用可减小发光标牌系统空间厚度，实现系统紧凑化设计。
