The invention provides a tower crane safety monitoring system and method. The system comprises a main control subsystem, a data acquisition subsystem, an operation subsystem, an information management subsystem and an alarm subsystem, wherein the data acquisition subsystem, the operation subsystem, the information management subsystem and the alarm subsystem are in communication connection with the main control subsystem; the data acquisition subsystem is used for acquiring data information of tower crane operation and transmitting the data information to the main control subsystem; the main control subsystem is used for analyzing and processing the data information and controlling the alarm subsystem; the main control subsystem comprises a controller and a PLC module connected with the controller; the PLC module is used for receiving a control instruction of the controller, converting a control instruction of a weak current signal into a strong current signal instruction and sending the strong current signal instruction to the alarm subsystem; and the data acquisition subsystem comprises a camera, a radar detector, a wind speed sensor, a height sensor, an amplitude sensor, a weight sensor, a convolution sensor and a first positioning module. By the monitoring system, the safety of tower crane operation can be improved, and safety accidents are reduced.

    本发明提供了一种塔吊安全监控系统及方法,该系统包括主控子系统和与之通讯连接的数据采集子系统、操作子系统、信息管理子系统、报警子系统;数据采集子系统用于采集塔吊运行的数据信息,并将数据信息传输至主控子系统,主控子系统用于分析处理数据信息,以及控制报警子系统;所述主控子系统包括控制器及与之连接的PLC模块,PLC模块用于接收控制器的控制指令,并将弱电信号的控制指令转化成强电信号指令,发送给报警子系统;数据采集子系统包括摄像头、雷达探测器、风速传感器、高度传感器、幅度传感器、重量传感器、回旋传感器和第一定位模块。该发明的监控系统能够提高塔吊作业的安全性,减少安全事故发生。
