The invention provides a hollow wheel motor which comprises a tire, an outer hub fixed to the inner side of the tire, a hollow inner hub rotationally connected with the outer hub, a rotary connecting part arranged between the outer hub and the inner hub, a rotor fixed to the outer hub and a stator fixed to the inner hub and electrically connected with the outside. The inner hub comprises a first inner hub body and a second inner hub body opposite to the first inner hub body, the stator is fixed between the first inner hub body and the second inner hub body, and the side, away from the tire, of the outer hub body extends in the direction close to the inner hub bodies to form a rotor fixing groove. The rotor is fixed in the rotor fixing groove, the rotor and the stator are oppositely arranged in a spaced mode, the rotary connecting parts are arranged on the two sides of the rotor fixing groove respectively and connected with the inner hub and the outer hub respectively, the stator drives the rotor and drives the outer hub and a tire to rotate after being powered on, and the structure is simple and safe.
