The invention discloses a hoisting device for a rotor disc drum and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of aero-engine assembling and hoisting processes. The hoisting device for the rotor disc drum is reasonable in structural design and suitable for a hoisting process for the cavity to be hoisted of assemblies with deep-hole cavity characteristics, the using method of the hoisting device is easy to operate, the defects that a traditional hoisting process is low in reliability and low in efficiency are overcome, and the defects that in a traditional core expansion type method with a deep cavity characteristic body, the hoisting process is blindly seen, and the installation state is judged according to experience are overcome.
