The invention discloses a battery pack circuit breaking unit and an electric automobile thereof. The battery pack circuit breaking unit comprises a high-voltage control assembly and a high-voltage loop; the high-voltage control assembly and a battery management system are connected through a CAN bus or wireless communication; the high-voltage control assembly is used for receiving a control signal sent by the battery management system, and the high-voltage loop is controlled to charge an object to be charged according to the control signal. The high-voltage control assembly and the battery management system are connected through the CAN bus or in a wireless mode, so that high voltage generated by the battery pack cannot flow through the BMS, and the service life of the BMS is prolonged. The high-voltage control assembly is connected with the battery management system through the interface, even if the BMS is changed, the battery pack circuit breaking unit does not need to be changed, and only the changed BMS needs to be connected with the battery pack circuit breaking unit through the interface, so that the research and development and production costs are reduced.

本发明公开了一种电池包断路单元及其电动汽车，电池包断路单元包括高压控制组件和高压回路，所述高压控制组件和所述电池管理系统通过CA N总线或无线通讯连接，所述高压控制组件用于接收所述电池管理系统发送的控制信号，并根据所述控制信号控制所述高压回路给待充物充电。通过CAN总线或无线的方式连接所述高压控制组件和电池管理系统，使得电池包产生的高压不会流经BMS，从而提高了BMS的使用寿命。并且所述高压控制组件通过接口的方式与电池管理系统连接，即使BMS发生改变，也无需改变电池包断路单元，只需将改变后的BMS通过接口的方式与电池包断路单元连接即可，从而降低了研发和生产成本。
