The invention discloses a bushing and a rear torsion beam, the bushing comprises an inner pipe and an outer pipe which are sequentially sleeved from inside to outside, the inner pipe and the outer pipe are sleeved through vulcanization of a rubber part, the rubber part is arranged between the inner pipe and the outer pipe and extends to the two ends of the outer pipe, the bushing comprises an air gap structure and a hollow structure, the air gap structure comprises a plurality of air gap channels, and each air gap channel is arranged on the rubber part in the axial direction of the outer pipe in a penetrating mode. The hollow structure comprises a plurality of hollow holes, and each hollow hole is formed in the rubber part in the axial direction of the outer pipe in a penetrating mode. The bushing can avoid torsion friction abnormal sound, comfort and durability are improved, the radial rigidity of the lining can be adjusted through the hollowed-out structure, meanwhile, stress concentration can be avoided, and tearing during torsion is avoided.

    本发明公开一种衬套及后扭力梁,所述衬套包括从内向外依次套接的内管和外管,所述内管和所述外管通过橡胶件硫化套接,所述橡胶件的设于所述内管和所述外管之间,并延展至所述外管的两端,所述衬套包括气隙结构和镂空结构,所述气隙结构包括若干个气隙通道,每一所述气隙通道沿所述外管的轴向贯设于所述橡胶件上;所述镂空结构包括若干个镂空孔,每一所述镂空孔沿所述外管的轴向贯设于所述橡胶件上。可避免衬套扭转摩擦异响,提高舒适性和耐久性,镂空结构可调节衬套径向刚度,同时也能避免应力集中,避免扭转的时候撕裂。
