The invention provides a power bogie of a large-axle-weight metallurgical vehicle. The power bogie comprises a framework, wheels, axles, axle boxes, spring sets, journal sticking type speed reducers, couplings, motors, wheel set limiting plates and traction pull rod seats. The framework comprises two side beams arranged in parallel and a cross beam connected with the two side beams, the framework is of an H-shaped structure on the whole, a center plate structure is arranged in the center of the cross beam, two wheels and an axle form a wheel pair, and the axle boxes are hung at the two ends of the wheel pair respectively. The lower ends of the spring sets are located in preset grooves in the two sides of the axle box, the upper ends of the spring sets are arranged in preset sleeves of the framework in a sleeved mode to form a cushioning structure, a base of the motor is connected to the journal sticking type speed reducer through bolts, and an output shaft of the motor is connected with an input shaft of the journal sticking type speed reducer through a coupler and used for transmitting motor torque. The torque is transmitted to an axle after being amplified by the journal sticking type speed reducer, so that the vehicle runs on a track; the side bearings are connected to the two sides of the cross beam of the framework through bolts and used for preventing the vehicle from rolling over in the running process.
本发明提供一种大轴重冶金车辆动力转向架，包括：构架、车轮、车轴、轴箱、弹簧组、抱轴式减速机、联轴器、电机、轮对限位板和牵引拉杆座；构架包括两个平行设置的侧梁和连接两个所述侧梁的横梁，整体呈H形结构，横梁中心部位设置心盘结构，两个车轮与一个车轴组成一组轮对，轴箱分别挂于轮对两端；弹簧组下端坐于轴箱的两侧预设的凹槽内，上端套于构架的预设套筒中，形成缓震结构，电机的底座通过螺栓连接于抱轴式减速机上，电机的输出轴与抱轴式减速机的输入轴通过联轴器连接，用以传递电机转矩，转矩经过抱轴式减速机放大后传递给车轴，使车辆在轨道上走行；旁承用螺栓连接于构架的横梁两侧，作用是防止车辆运行过程中发生侧翻。
