Abstract

The invention provides a corrugated plate hoisting system for tunnel lining reinforcement, which comprises a first protective support pipe, a second protective support pipe, a third protective support pipe, a fourth protective support pipe, a hoisting mechanism, and a driving mechanism. The first protective support pipe, the second protective support pipe, the third protective support pipe and the fourth protective support pipe are arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction and mounted on the inner wall of a tunnel by adopting first fixing pieces. The hoisting mechanism is arranged in the annular middle of the inner wall of the tunnel and comprises a pulley assembly and a hoisting steel strand, and the pulley assembly is fixedly connected with the inner wall of the tunnel through a second fixing piece. The driving mechanism is arranged on the bottom surface of the tunnel. One end of the hoisting steel strand is connected with the driving mechanism, the other end of the hoisting steel strand bypasses the pulley assembly and is used for being connected with corrugated plates to be assembled, and the hoisting steel strand can hoist the corrugated plates in sequence in the annular direction through the pulley assembly under the action of power provided by the driving mechanism so as to install the corrugated plates. The invention further provides a corrugated plate hoisting process for tunnel lining reinforcement.

本发明提供一种用于隧道衬砌加固的波纹板吊装系统，包括：沿环向间隔开设置的第一防护支撑管、第二防护支撑管、第三防护支撑管和第四防护支撑管，第一、第二、第三和第四防护支撑管均采用第一固定件安装在隧道内壁上；设置在隧道内壁的环向中部的吊装机构，吊装机构包括滑轮组件和吊装钢绞线，滑轮组件采用第二固定件与隧道内壁固定连接；设置在隧道底面的驱动机构；其中，吊装钢绞线的一端与驱动机构连接，另一端绕过滑轮组件且用于连接待拼装的波纹板，吊装钢绞线在驱动机构提供的动力作用下，能够通过滑轮组件沿环向依次吊装波纹板，以进行波纹板的安装。本发明还提供一种用于隧道衬砌加固的波纹板吊装工艺。
