Abstract

The invention relates to the technical field of electric machinery, in particular to an electric lifting device auxiliary safety seat and a machining method thereof. The electric lifting device auxiliary safety seat comprises two main supporting rods, a lifting device connecting rod, two three-way supporting piece, seat supporting rods and a seat plate, the two main supporting rods are arranged inparallel, and the lifting device connecting rod is connected to the tops of the two main supporting rods; the lifting device connecting rod is connected between the two main supporting rods through bolts and nuts, the two three-way supporting pieces are connected to the middles of the two main supporting rods respectively, and the seat plate is connected to the tops of the two seat supporting rods. The safety seat is safe and reliable, the working efficiency is improved, and the comfort of aloft work personnel is improved. The balance between the rope and the electric lifting device is not influenced, so that the electric lifting device is always perpendicular to the rope, the friction between the rope and the electric lifting device is reduced, the working efficiency of the electric lifting device is improved, the potential safety hazard is reduced, and the field operation requirement is met.

本发明涉及电力机械技术领域，具体为一种电动升降装置辅助安全座椅及其加工方法，包括有主支杆、升降装置连接杆、三通支撑件、座椅支杆和座板，主支杆设有两个，两个主支杆平行设置，升降装置连接杆连接在两个主支杆顶部，升降装置连接杆通过螺栓及螺母连接在两个主支杆之间，三通支撑件设有两个，两个三通支撑件分别连接在两个主支杆中部，座椅支杆设有两个，座板连接在两个座椅支杆顶部，本发明安全可靠，提高工作效率，提升高空作业人员舒适度，不影响绳索与电动升降装置之间的平衡，使电动升降装置始终与绳索保持垂直，降低了绳索与电动升降装置之间的摩擦，提高了电动升降装置的工作效率，降低安全隐患，满足现场作业要求。
