Abstract

The invention discloses a fireproof door with a built-in air duct. The fireproof door comprises a door leaf, a covered edge, a fireproof core material and shutters. The door leaf comprises an inner frame assembly, a panel and a back plate, the panel and the back plate are located on the two sides of the inner frame assembly, an outer air inlet is formed in the upper end of the panel, and an innerair inlet is formed in the lower end of the back plate. The air duct is arranged in the middle of the fireproof core material, the shutters are provided with flow guide wings and closing plates, the closing plates are opened under normal conditions, the indoor space communicates with the outdoor space through the air duct, an inner ventilation opening and an outer ventilation opening at the moment, air convection is formed through the height difference formed by the high outer part and the low inner part and the flow guide wings inclining upwards obliquely on the shutters, when a fire occurs,the closing plates are pulled downwards, so that the shutters are closed, the indoor space and the outdoor space are in a separated state, and heat is isolated through the fireproof core material anda magnesium oxide plate; and meanwhile, the shutter on the outer side is higher than the shutter on the inner side, harmful gas generated in a fire disaster is generally rising gas, so that smoke is prevented from entering, and a user has longer time to wait for rescue.

本发明公开了一种内置风道的防火门，包括门扇、包边、防火芯材和百叶窗，门扇包括内框组件和位于内框组件两侧的面板和背板，面板上端设置有外进风口，背板下端设置有内进风口，防火芯材中部设置有风道，百叶窗上设置有导流翼和闭合板，正常情况下闭合板开启，此时室内室外通过风道、内通风口和外通风口相连通，通过外高内低形成的高度差和百叶窗上斜向上倾斜的导流翼，形成空气对流，当发生火灾时，将闭合板下拉，从而封闭百叶窗，使室内室外处于隔断状态，通过防火芯材和氧化镁板隔绝热量，同时由于外侧的百叶窗高于内侧的百叶窗，而火灾时产生的有害气体一般是上升气体，从而防止烟气进入，使用户有更长的时间等待救援。
