The invention relates to the technical field of automobile safe driving, in particular to a vehicle-mounted anti-fatigue driving system which comprises a reflective infrared sensor, a grip strength fluctuation acquisition module, a lane departure early warning module and a facial feature recognition module. The reflective infrared sensor comprises an infrared emitting diode and two infrared receiving heads. The grip strength fluctuation acquisition module comprises a pressure sensor, an analog-digital converter, an AD7705 conversion circuit and a single-chip microcomputer. The lane departure early warning module comprises a laser ranging radar and a voice prompt chip. The facial feature recognition module comprises a DSP digital signal processing chip and a camera. The beneficial effects of the system are that the system achieves omnibearing monitoring of the fatigue driving state of the driver through the collection of the distance of the head of the driver deviating from the headrestof the seat, the grip fluctuation of the driver for the steering wheel, the departure state of the lane from a lane line and the facial features of the driver, and compared with early warning equipment in the prior art, the detection quality and efficiency are improved.
