Provided is an electric power system and a vehicle. The electric power system 1 includes a first vehicle 50A, a second vehicle 50B, and an external power supply PG. The first vehicle starts external charging of a first power storage 130A with electric power supplied from the external power supply while the first vehicle is electrically connected to the external power supply. When the second vehicle receives a signal that predicts end of external charging of the first power storage while the second vehicle is electrically connected to the external power supply, the second vehicle starts external charging of a second power storage 130B with electric power supplied from the external power supply before end of external charging started in the first vehicle.
