The invention relates to the technical field of new energy vehicles, in particular to a commercial vehicle fan control method and system. The method comprises the following steps: the temperature of amotor set and a controller set and an air conditioner starting signal are obtained; if the air conditioner is not started, a fan set is controlled to operate at different rotating speeds to cool themotor set and the controller set according to different temperature intervals of the motor set temperature and the controller set temperature; if the air conditioner is started, when the rotating speed, determined by the fan set according to the motor set temperature and the controller set temperature, of the fan set is smaller than or equal to the rotating speed of a first set percentage, the fanset operates at the constant speed of the first set percentage at full speed to cool the motor set and the controller set; and otherwise, the fan set is controlled and driven to operate according tothe control logic that the air conditioner is not started. The problems of high noise, short endurance mileage and short service life of a pure electric commercial vehicle due to the fact that the heating value of each component and the use condition of the vehicle are not considered and a fan operates at full speed in real time in the prior art can be solved.

本发明涉及新能源汽车技术领域，具体涉及一种商用车风机控制方法及系统，该方法包括以下步骤：获取电机组和控制器组温度，空调开启信号；若空调未开启，则：根据电机组温度和控制器组温度不同温度区间，控制风机组以不同转速运转为电机组和控制器组降温；若空调是开启，则：当风机组根据电机组温度和控制器组温度确定的风机组转速小于等于第一设定百分比的转速时，风机组全速运转的第一设定百分比的转速定速运转为电机组和控制器组降温；否则，以空调未开启的控制逻辑控制驱动风机组的运转。能够解决现有技术中没有考虑各部件的发热量与车辆使用工况，风机实时全速运转，对于纯电动商用车，就造成噪音大、续航里程缩短以及使用寿命缩短的问题。
