The invention discloses a charging pile multiple insulation detection control method and system, and the method comprises the steps: physically connecting a charging pile and a charging vehicle, and starting charging; obtaining the maximum allowable charging voltage of a battery management system (BMS); starting a charging module according to the maximum allowable charging voltage of the BMS; judging whether the charging module is normally started or not: if so, normally carrying out insulation detection and continuing the charging process; if not, further judging whether the insulation detection frequency reaches a preset value or not: if so, stopping the charging process according to a starting failure result; if the preset value is not reached, returning to the step of starting the charging module according to the maximum allowable charging voltage of the BMS. According to the invention, the problem that the insulation detection of the DC charging pile is affected by the failure rate of the module is solved, safe and reliable charging of the electric automobile is realized, and the development of the electric automobile industry is promoted.
