Abstract

The invention discloses a glass demisting system, which relates to the field of automobiles, and comprises an air source assembly, a main shaft and a cam, the air source assembly comprises an inner container, a piston, a shell and a spring, the inner container is fixedly connected in the shell, the inner container is provided with a plurality of air vents, and the top and the lower part of the shell are respectively provided with an air inlet and an air outlet. The piston is connected into the inner container in a sliding mode, a spring is arranged between the upper portion of the piston and the inner container, a universal ball is arranged at the bottom end of the piston, and the cam is connected to the main shaft in a sliding mode and driven by a hydraulic system. When demisting is needed, the hydraulic system drives the cam to move rightwards and the main shaft to rotate, so that the cam is driven to enable the piston to move up and down, the piston is matched with the one-way valveto achieve the function of an original fan, the air inlet duct of the air source assembly is arranged in front of the cooling fan, hot air at the cooling fan can be fully utilized, an air conditionerdoes not need to be turned on, and oil consumption is reduced, and the damage to the compressor caused by frequent starting and stopping is also avoided.

本发明公开了一种玻璃除雾系统，涉及汽车领域，包括气源组件，主轴以及凸轮，所述气源组件包括内胆，活塞、外壳以及弹簧，所述内胆固定连接在外壳内，所述内胆上设有若干通气口，所述外壳的顶部以及下部分别设有进气口以及出气口，所述活塞滑动连接在内胆内，所述活塞的上方与内胆之间设有弹簧，所述活塞的底端设有万向球，所述凸轮滑动连接在主轴上并通过液压系统驱动。在需要除雾时，液压系统驱动凸轮右移，主轴旋转，从而驱动凸轮使得活塞上下运动，再与单向阀配合实现原本风扇的功能，而气源组件的进风风道是设于散热风扇前的，这样可以充分利用散热风扇处的热风，无需打开空调，减少油耗，也避免了压缩机因频繁启停带来的损害。
