The invention provides a high-rise building car cycle operation elevator and a control method. Vertical shafts comprise at least one ascending vertical shaft and a descending vertical shaft, a middlewall body is arranged between the adjacent vertical shafts, and the number of cars is at least two. Rotary shafts are arranged on the topmost layer, the bottommost layer and any other required floors,so that the adjacent vertical shafts communicate into a whole. Rotary mechanisms are arranged in the rotary shafts and used for rotationally carrying the cars operating from one vertical shaft into the rotary mechanisms into the other adjacent vertical shaft. According to the elevator, function division is conducted on the vertical shafts, the cars are rotated to the descending vertical shaft through the rotary mechanisms when ascending to the topmost layer, the cars are rotated to the ascending shaft through the rotary mechanisms when descending to the bottommost layer, the cycle is repeatedin this way, and therefore the multiple cars can be arranged in the two vertical shafts to operate, and the occupied area of the elevator is saved.

    本发明提供一种高层建筑轿厢循环运行电梯及控制方法,竖向井道包括至少一个上行竖向井道和下行竖向井道,相邻的竖向井道之间设有中间墙体,轿厢的数量为至少两个;回转井道,设置在最顶层、最底层和其它任意需要的楼层,使得相邻的竖向井道连通为一体;回转机构,设置在回转井道中,用于将从其中一个竖向井道运行到回转机构中的轿厢,进行旋转运载到另一个相邻的竖向井道中。本发明通过对竖向井道进行功能分工,轿厢上行到最顶层时通过回转机构旋转至下行竖向井道,轿厢下行到最底层时通过回转机构旋转至上行井道,如此循环,从而能够在两个竖向井道中设置多部轿厢运行,节省电梯的占用面积。
