The invention discloses an airbag hybrid gas generator which comprises a gas generator shell, an ignition unit is fixedly connected to the top of the gas generator shell, and an ignition shell is fixedly connected to the top wall of the inner side wall of the gas generator shell and located at the bottom of the ignition unit. The inner side wall of the ignition shell is in threaded connection witha base; an igniter is fixedly connected to the position, located at the bottom of the base, of the inner side wall of the ignition shell; and the bottom of the gas generator shell is connected with ahigh-pressure gas chamber shell. The top of thehigh-pressure gas chamber is connected with aburst film , and a first burst film retainer is mounted on one side of the burst film, so that compared with a traditional smoke and fire type generator, the airbag hybrid gas generator is simpler in structure and smaller in size; and after low-temperature high-pressure gas and high-temperature high-pressure gas are mixed, the suitable-temperature high-pressure gas is uniformly dispersed to fill the airbag, and the risk of burning out the airbag does not exist.

本发明公开了一种安全气囊混合式气体发生器，包括气体发生器壳体，所述气体发生器壳体的顶部固定连接点火单元，所述气体发生器壳体的内侧壁顶壁且位于点火单元的底部固定连接有点火外壳，所述点火外壳的内侧壁螺纹连接有基座，所述点火外壳的内侧壁且位于基座的底部固定连接有点火器，所述气体发生器壳体的底部连接有高压气室壳体，本发明专利通过在高压气室的顶部固定连接爆裂膜，并在爆裂膜的一侧安装第一爆裂膜保持器，从而使本发明相较于传统的烟火式发生器而言，结构更加简单，体积更小，内部的低温高压气体和高温高压气体混合后将适温高压气体均匀散出以充满安全气囊，不会存在烧坏安全气囊的风险。
