According to the test system, based on a water-jet propulsion hydraulic performance test hydraulic system,a pressure sensor is arranged on a blade of a rotary impeller; An electrical connector fixed in an inlet flow guide cap is connected with an output cable of a pressure sensor and a connecting cable in an impeller shaft, and the connecting cable is connected to a data acquisition and analysis system, so that the pressure sensor, the data acquisition and analysis system and the device synchronously rotate in the operation process; Real-time measurementof the pulsating pressure of the rotary impeller of the water-jet propulsion hydraulic model is achieved. The pulsating pressure test system has the advantages of being exquisite in structure, high inoperability and the like.

    本发明针对喷水推进旋转叶轮脉动压力测试的需求,提出了一种喷水推进水力模型旋转叶轮脉动压力测试系统,该测试系统以喷水推进水力性能试验水力系统为基础,通过在旋转叶轮叶片上安装压力传感器,采用固定在进口导流帽内的电气连接器连接压力传感器输出电缆和叶轮轴内的连接电缆,连接电缆再接到数据采集与分析系统,确保在运行过程中,压力传感器、数据采集与分析系统与装置同步旋转,实现对喷水推进水力模型旋转叶轮的脉动压力实时测量,具有结构精巧、可操作性强等特点。
