The invention discloses an underwater propeller fault classification calculation method, which comprises the following steps of S1, respectively simulating to generate h types of faults by utilizing afault simulation device, denoising sound pressures acquired in h types of fault time T to form a data set Omega < 1 > * p, dividing data in the time T into h vectors, and enabling the vectors to correspond to corresponding fault types; S2, constructing a membership matrix U, determining the degree of each data point belonging to each vector by using the membership degree, and setting ci as the classification center of the ith vector; S3, setting a weighted adjustment index, and calculating ci; and S4, setting an optimization function J (t), if J (t) is smaller than a known determined threshold value J1 or the change amount delta J (t) of J (t) relative to the last time is smaller than the determined threshold value J1, stopping iteration, and returning to the step S3. The method has the advantages that different fault types are identified aiming at different characteristics of influence of noise and interference generated by different faults on sound pressure signals of the propeller,and the propeller thrust of the corresponding fault type can be corrected and calculated in a targeted manner.

    本发明公开了一种水下推进器故障分类计算方法,包括以下步骤,S1.利用故障模拟装置分别模拟产生h种类型的故障,把上述h种类型故障时间T内采集的声压去噪后组成一个数据集Ω1×p,将时间T内的数据划分为h个向量,并对应相应的故障类型;S2.构建隶属矩阵U,使得每个数据点用隶属度来确定其属于各个向量的程度,设ci为第i向量的分类中心;S3.设定加权调节指数,计算ci;S4.设定优化函数J(t),如果J(t)小于已知确定的阀值J1,或J(t)相对上次的改变量ΔJ(t)小于确定的阀值J1,则停止迭代,并返回步骤S3。其优点在于,针对不同的故障产生的噪声和干扰对推进器螺旋桨声压信号的影响具有不同的特性,识别出不同的故障类型,可针对性的进行修正并计算对应故障类型的推进器推力。
