The embodiment of the invention provides a pod control device and system and a carrier, and relates to the technical field of carrying. The pod control device comprises a control substrate, an inertiameasurement control unit, a motor interface unit and a main control unit, wherein the inertia measurement control unit, the motor interface unit and the main control unit are integrated on the control substrate. The inertia measurement control unit is used for measuring motion information of the pod body and sending the motion information to the main control unit. The main control unit is used for generating a motor control signal based on the motion information and sending the motor control signal to the motor interface unit. The motor interface unit is used for realizing corresponding motorcontrol according to the motor control signal. Therefore, the pod equipment can be controlled without complicated connecting wires and independent board cards, so that the occupied space and the assembly difficulty of the pod control device are reduced.
